‘A’ali’i (the “Project”) is a proposed condominium project that does not yet exist. All figures and information, including, without limitation, prices, dimensions, and square footages, are approximate and subject to change at any time. Currently, the turn-key furniture package is not offered at this time. All renderings, graphic images, drawings, maps, site plans, floor plans, photos, videos, simulated views, landscaping, and other information depicted herein are illustrative only and are provided to assist the purchaser in visualizing the units and the Project, may not be accurately depicted, and may be changed at any time. Images, photos, drawings, videos, and other visual depictions of the Project and units are artist renderings of Developer’s current proposed development concepts for the Project, which concepts continue to evolve and are subject to change without notice. Such renderings should not be relied upon in deciding to purchase a unit in the Project. All amenities of the Project are proposed only, any reference to amenities available to the purchaser is subject to change, and access to amenities may be subject to the payment of fees, membership requirements, and other restrictions. Developer makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty whatsoever that the improvements, including, without limitation, the units and amenities, depicted herein will ultimately appear as shown, or that the entire Project will be developed. All finish materials, appliances, options, and upgrades are subject to change or substitution by Developer at any time without prior notice. Developer does not own or control the land outside of the Project and does not guarantee the current or future use thereof. Purchasers are advised that there are no protected views in the Project, and units are not assured the existence of or unobstructed continuance of any particular view.

Additionally, the Project is intended to be a part of Ward Village, which is a proposed master planned development in Honolulu, Hawaii currently being developed and not yet complete. Visual depictions of Ward Village are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual amenities or facilities in Ward Village and should not be relied upon in deciding to purchase a unit in the Project.

To the extent permitted by law, Developer disclaims all liability that may arise out of errors or omissions in the content hereof, including any claims for actual or consequential damages.
